The Sales Operations Analyst for Retail is an integral member of the Retail Sales Headquarters team. This position works closely with Retail GMs, Region Managers to administer communicate and contribute to the development of effective field execution plans. This role is also a key support to the Field ASM and the Inside Sales ASM. Some of the core competencies include optimizing CRM, leveraging sales acceleration technology and designing ways to help sales managers have smoother and more productive work experiences.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Essential Responsibilities
Serve as the key contact and liaison for operational, buying group customers and administrative issues with the Appliance Retail regions
ASM productivity project lead for Retail Sales Advocates
  • Support marketing programs and promotions; provide input and guidance on key field executional initiatives
  • Develop/recommend/implement training of sales team on pricing, programming and operations
  • Microsoft 360, Dynamics, Sales Central, and Yammer expert including developing and training ASMs on how to utilize Identify and help drive operational, executional, process improvements and simplification to increase customer face time for our ASMs
  • Sales and floor lineup analysts
  • Execute field firepower (backside customer incentives) programs with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Create and conduct training and communications at all levels customers, sales force, upper management Have a clear understanding of all priorities, actions and programs the field is executing daily and help to simplify these processes
Manage the competitive documents and program requests through the Non-Model Specific Meet Comp Process
Process account maintenance requests for all Buying Group & Independent and National Accounts which include New Account Setup, Changes to Accounts, and Canceling of Accounts.
  • Lead additional projects/initiatives as needed
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Required Qualifications
  • 3 years prior experience in Sales Operations or related fields
  • Bachelors degree
Must have strong computer skills with proven expertise in Microsoft Office: MS Excel, Power point, Access and working knowledge of GEA systems
  • Proven self-starter; can develop and manage multiple, diverse tasks, programs and projects.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
  • High attention to detail and organized
DESIRED QAULIFICATIONS
  • Experience in using CRM tool such as Salesforce.com
