We are seeking a passionate, proactive, results-oriented, and critical thinker. The Sales & Marketing Program Analyst will join our Sales Team focusing on our Amazon business. This individual will report to the Senior Director of Sales.
The Sales & Marketing Program Analyst will monitor and analyze activity, data, and trends related to the Amazon business. The ideal candidate will have a love for data and translating their analyses to actionable business strategies. This role will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and supply chain teams working cross-functionally to ensure the success and growth of the business.

Responsibilities
- Determine potential growth areas for the Amazon business and make recommendations
- Monitor Amazon marketing funds and ROI in order to maximize efficiencies of marketing dollars
- Compile, analyze and report on sales performance, marketing performance, and overall market share of the Amazon business
- Use data to problem solve and find opportunities and efficiencies providing actionable insights to guide the Amazon sales team
- Ad hoc administrative responsibilities in Amazon vendor central
- Forecast in stock/out of stock items, with a focus on improving forecast accuracy and identifying trends
- Monitor and analyze competitive activity and market trends
- Track marketing calendar of promotional events, analyzing sales lifts and predicting future needs based on performance
Requirements
- Experience in data analysis, with a focus on sales or marketing
- Knowledge or hands-on experience using Google Suite
- Exceptional Excel skills required; experience with additional data analysis tools a plus
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and team skills, comfortable with presenting in groups as needed
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Highly organized, detail oriented, with exceptional time management and project management skills
- Prior experience working with Amazon related data and analysis a plus
- Resourceful self-starter, with a can-do attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data science, statistics, or other related field
- Experience with PowerPoint
