Job Description

Job Purpose:

The role will lead marketing function for non-US / International markets for Allergy business with an objective to create and execute targeted Go To Market strategies for key focus international markets.

Designation:- Head, International Marketing

Work Location:- Europe

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:-

A. Sales Strategy Development and Execution

  • Follow a structured approach to execute Sales strategies for key international markets by building relationships with key distributors
  • Drive targeted Sales strategies for leading European markets including Go To Market model and sales scale up plan for key International markets.

B. Compliances

  • Pro-actively identify opportunities in Europe to in-license in US
  • Help regulatory teams to help fast track approvals and filing by leveraging contacts with regulatory agencies

KEY INTERFACES:

External:-

Strategic partners, e.g., Distributors, Contract Sales Force Organizations, Industry Consultants

Internal:-

CEO and business leadership team of the Allergy business, Jubilant Pharma entity heads for international markets.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven track record in driving sales strategies in European and other non US markets, with leading pharma companies, including leading Allergy product manufacturers / suppliers.
  • Experience in directly working with business leadership teams and helping shape their thinking / approach on sales strategies
  • 15+ years of sales / marketing work experience, including driving sales in the non-US markets. 5+ years of sales / marketing work experience.
  • Strong market expertise including deep understanding of regulatory practices in key European markets and relationship with leading distributors / KOLs in Allergy space for the key European markets
  • Graduate or Post Graduate

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Strong execution skills to drive sales in the key European markets / other international markets
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to deep dive and develop targeted sales strategies for key European markets
  • Good people management skills and ability to drive an aligned outcome with key business leaders
