My Client is looking for an experienced Pharmaceutical Equipment Sales Manager to help their company grow its footprint in the USA.This person will need to be a self starter and help build a sales funnel from the ground up.They are a boutique firm and are planning to double in size in the next year and want someone whom enjoys a rapid growth environment.This position will be remote from anywhere on the east coast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for the company's products.
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals for pharmaceutical vision inspection equipment.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and key opinion leaders in the industry.
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company's products and services.
- Implement quarterly sales plan to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Understanding the sales lifecycle of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the product development teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to be a self starter
- Competitive and Goal Oriented
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Pharmaceutical Equipment industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills
