Job Description

My Client is looking for an experienced Pharmaceutical Equipment Sales Manager to help their company grow its footprint in the USA.This person will need to be a self starter and help build a sales funnel from the ground up.They are a boutique firm and are planning to double in size in the next year and want someone whom enjoys a rapid growth environment.This position will be remote from anywhere on the east coast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for the company's products.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals for pharmaceutical vision inspection equipment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and key opinion leaders in the industry.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company's products and services.
  • Implement quarterly sales plan to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Understanding the sales lifecycle of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust sales strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the product development teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory environment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to be a self starter
  • Competitive and Goal Oriented
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Pharmaceutical Equipment industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills
