- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and performance metrics
- Maintain confidentiality of written and verbal information
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects
- Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and/or governmental regulations
- Stay informed about product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must be a critical thinker with Strong English composition skills

- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management
- Ensure adherence to sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Provide feedback and recommendations to senior management for improving sales strategies and processes
- Positive self-starter who can take the initiative and drive their own learning
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to proactively identify market opportunities and potential risks
- At least 5 years of experience in leadership and sales management
- Foster a positive and collaborative sales culture within the team

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
- Telephone etiquette and working knowledge of email systems
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
