Job Title: Sales Executive
Department: Industrials
Position Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Location: Work From Anywhere in the U.S.
About The Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will source, call on, and sell Sterling’s products and services to new prospects and clients with an employee range of 1,000-4,500 within the Industrials vertical. You will work remotely with an incredible team of Sales Professionals and receive excellent coaching and support from our Sales Leadership Team.
This Is What You’ll Do:
  • Work within the Industrials vertical to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals
  • Develop and deliver technical sales presentations, proposals, and solutions
  • Utilize your extensive network of Industrials relationships to cultivate opportunities
  • Earn referral business by connecting with existing and soon-to-be clients, and forging partnerships with key decision makers at all levels up to the C-level
  • Close sales by recommending the right solutions to help your prospects understand the real needs of their business
This Is What We're Looking For:
  • No current travel is required, but when resumed, up to 25%
  • 2 + years of Business to Business (B2B) Sales experience within a results-oriented environment selling to mid-market prospects
  • Prior background screening experience is a huge plus
  • 1+ years of SaaS Sales and comfortable using and demonstrating technology
  • Superior client facing interaction skills including negotiation tactics and client presentations
  • Experience with a proven track record in the Industrials market strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
The pay range for this position is approximately $28.85 - $36.06/hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible to participate in the Annual Incentive Plan. A full range of benefits including but not limited to medical, financial, unlimited sick time, 22 days’ vacation annually (for FT workers; prorated 1st year of employment), parental leave and other benefits are also provided.
