We just launched one of our flagship products Loubby AI that uses AI to help source, recruit and manage remote talent in an almost magical way. As seen in the news. We are excited to bring this product to the rest of the world. We need a very motivated and passionate sales and marketing personnel that is up to the challenge of lead generation and customer conversation.
Position Summary
The Sales and marketing manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to identify, nurture and convert prospective customers for both our managed services Divverse LLC as well as our self-selve AI SAAS solution Loubby AI.
This role requires someone who can start hands-on as an individual contributor and possibly grow pretty fast to a sales C suite executive depending on performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation - We want someone who can think out of the box to find our most die hard and valuable customer.
- Customer Relationship Building: Use strong people skills to engage in customer interaction leading to new sales accounts.
- Face-to-Face/Virtual Sales and Marketing: Engage directly with consumers to promote and sell our products and services, leaving a lasting impact with every interaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work directly with other sales and marketing professionals in Africa to coordinate a unified sales and marketing strategy.
- Demo our products and services to prospective customers.
- Marketing Promotions: Play a key role in retail marketing campaigns and promoting clients products/services
- Email Marketing - Expert in gather cold email list,, sales and nurturing campaign to ultimately convert prospective customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field or a proven track record of digital marketing and sales.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital sales and marketing
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
- In-depth knowledge of email marketing, best practices, a/b testing etc.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a Saas sales, marketing or growth
Good to have
- Familiarity with ChatGpt and content management system is a plus
- Understanding of Canva
- Experience with Mailchimp or related email marketing tools.
