Job Description
As an experienced SAFe Agile Coach and RTE, your mission is to help the GT organization's team of innovators, product owners, product managers, agility leads and technologists unlock their agile potential to deliver next-level solutions that improve the way our business is run. Your expertise in various domains including lean, culture, collaboration, facilitation, process improvement and a focus on delivering value will be counted on to set direction and solve complex and mission critical problems, internally and externally. Your quest to embracing leading-edge technologies and Agile Frameworks inspires your team to follow suit.
Essential Duties:
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to help identify and remove impediments to flow and escalation
  • Act as an Execution lead closely partnering with the Product and Project Mangers to assists with program execution and Product Implement feature completion tracking
  • Manage and communicate appropriate release/PI calendars for business value delivered through the program
  • Works with Product Managers to help assure strategy and execution in alignment between Product Managers & IT Delivery Owner to guide them on multi agile release trains
  • Facilitate appropriate interlock sessions with appropriate stakeholders on a regular cadence
  • Help establish governance structure where decision-making is weighted toward empowered teams
  • Drive delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc) to identify areas of opportunity
  • Drive cross team, ART and departmental impediments, planning, collaboration, and coordination
  • Provide regular and open communication across the program and stakeholders for transparency and awareness of progress and impediments
  • Understand upstream/downstream dependencies and drive the program in risk management and communication
  • Mastery of complex facilitation and dependency management techniques (cross team, cross department)
  • Facilitate all appropriate planning sessions related to the managed release train(s), program tracking, coordination, and communication of dependencies
  • Facilitate and drive independently large Scrum of Scrums to helps the team plan and meet their daily, iteration and PI objectives

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of shipping high quality products on-time
  • 10+ years' experience in managing complex software programs and services as a program manager, release train engineer or similar technical role in a software development environment
  • Outstanding collaboration skills, prior experience working in a matrix and geographically distributed organization
  • Technical knowledge with a desired emphasis on current industry trends including cloud-based development and Agile development techniques
  • Highly organized and execution focused, accountable and driven
  • Strong project management of large scale Agile implementation of platforms with SAFe
  • 10+ years large/complex program software delivery/program management covering all aspect of SDLC
