Description


As a SaaS end user trainer you will report to the Director of Customer Training and Knowledgement Management. You will become a SME on the Myndshft products and be responsible for delivering live training to new and existing end users and internal team members.


Job Responsibilities


  • Coordinate closely with the supervisor to keep all content and product training relevant and impactful for your learners.
  • Collaborating with other stakeholders on end users’ progress, where relevant.
  • Assist in preparing learning materials.
  • Create and deliver training agendas.
  • Utilize software tools to monitor and gauge end user adoption.
  • Interact with new end users to understand their needs and assess their goals with Myndshft technologies.
  • Report data on completed training, any issues, absences.
  • Encourage users by recognizing milestones and mitigating challenges that hinder progress.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Regularly report on progress made and results obtained with end users.
  • Facilitating follow-up sessions integrating feedback.
  • Become a Prior Authorization SME and SME on Myndshft products.


Requirements


  • Thinker who isn't afraid to optimize and iterate on existing processes.
  • A willingness to learn our software and the tools we use to make our company run
  • Ability to monitor progress and mitigate factors hindering progress.
  • Manage multiple training projects at all times.
  • Passionate about the company's mission and vision.
  • Excellent recordkeeping, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Expertise in articulating ideas and building relationships.
  • High-energy, hard worker who takes ownership and sees things through to completion.
  • Passionate about training technology to all types of end users and team members.
  • Proficiency in keeping up with advancements in the field of technology training.
  • Experience working in the healthcare revenue cycle is a plus.
  • At least three years of work experience in SaaS end user training, implementations or, onboarding.
  • Active listener to hear the end users’ questions and feedback.
