Job Details


  • Yonkers
  • Monday – Friday
  • $12,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • Parking and other expenses will be reimbursed
  • Home Health RNs needed in the following locations:
  • Extensive 2-4 weeks of orientation
  • Full Time Permanent Position
  • 5-7 Home Visits per Day for Home Care
  • Mt Vernon
  • Excellent Compensation & Benefits Package


Job Summary


Registered Nurses working in our clients’ program administer in-home care to short-term rehab patients, providing high quality nursing care to meet the needs of the patient and managing the delivery of cost-effective multidisciplinary health care services for a caseload of patients-all consistent with their philosophy, policy, goals and objectives, and Standards of Nursing Practice. Works under moderate supervision.


Requirements


  • Must have a car, a NY issued driver’s license and proper auto insurance
  • Minimum of 1 year RN experience
  • New York State RN License
