Job Description
Overview:
Sign-On Bonus Eligible!
$6,000 for (external) RNs with 1+ years of experience

Pay range for this position is $32.83 - $48.76/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure.

OSF will invest in you Day 1! Candidates with 5+ years of direct experience will receive a bonus of 24 hours of Paid Time Off frontloaded on the first day. This is in addition to our generous PTO plan!

POSITION SUMMARY: The Dialysis Registered Professional Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing quality nursing care while contributing to a quality work environment. Dialysis patients may include pediatric and adult populations and different modalities; hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, continuous renal replacement therapy, and therapeutic plasma exchange in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience: 1 year clinical nursing experience
  • Licensures/Certifications: Registered Nurse in current state.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Certified Dialysis Nurse or Certified Nephrology Nurse
  • Experience: 1 year clinical dialysis experience or clinical experience with End Stage Renal Disease patient population.
