Shifts: Day (MWF) 6am-6pm

Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric

EMR: Crown Web

Dress Code: client will provide black scrub tops. Scrub bottoms: Personal scrubs of any color

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.

Traveler must be willing to work Labor Day holiday, including weekend before (If Needed/Scheduled).

1 Year Or More CURRENT Dialysis Experience - Required

Copy of Current, Valid Driver License - Required

Geriatric Patient Experience - Required

NXStage Dialysis Machine experience - REQUIRED, Please note experience on submission

CNN Or CDN Certification - PREFERRED

Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred

BSN - Preferred

NXStage Dialysis Machine experience - REQUIRED

Certification Requirements

BLS (AHA)
