Job Description
As part of Risk Management and Compliance, you are at the center of keeping JPMorgan Chase strong and resilient. Job Responsibilities:
  • Apply critical problem solving skills and analytical mindset to ensure successful project delivery
  • Seek synergies across RMC departments & stakeholders to ensure a consistent approach to the operating environments
  • Ensure projects are properly documented and regular status updates are provided to senior management
  • Demonstrate high quality project management skills, bringing ability to quickly implement governance and structure in place to manage work in a dynamic environment
  • Maintain and track MIS reporting to ensure target dates are met for Regulatory Implementation across RMC
  • Work collaboratively with broader RMC OLO & LRCM Program teams to assist & keep abreast of developments implementing best practices wherever possible
  • Assist in driving business solutions utilizing firmwide application to support the RMC Governance Team

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
  • Prior experience with SharePoint, Microsoft office suite, business intelligence solutions such as Tableau, Alteryx is a plus;
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Prior experience and understanding of policies or regulatory change management process is a plus;
  • Strong organizational skills with e xcellent writing and communication skills
  • 4+ years of prior work experience
  • Strong risk and controls mindset;
  • Minimum of BA degree
