Rights
and Reproductions
Coordinator
supports the activities of the Rights and Reproduction unit within the Curatorial Affairs
department
.
The
Coordinator
is responsible for
facilitating
the delivery of reproductions of CHM collection materials for
internal and external use
;
ensuring adherence to copyright law, contractual agreements, and other legal guidelines
;
creating, evaluating, and improving descriptive and administrative metadata;
and
identifying and
pursuing opportunities to increase the discoverability, accessibility, and revenue-generating potential of CHM’s digital asset

QUALIFICATIONS
:

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work accurately and efficiently in an organized manner to meet expectations in a deadline-driven environment
- BA in history, library science, art history, museum studies , or related field r equire d ; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Tment to excellent customer service
- Keen attention to detail and ability to follow complicated procedures and workflows
