Job Description
Manages the administration of employee retirement programs (defined contribution and non-qualified plans), policies, and procedures and ensures compliance with related regulations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manages the implementation of retirement plan changes.
  • Contributes to and supports our benefits and wellness program.
  • Oversees the collection and overall accuracy of benefits data located within the organization's HRIS; evaluating current programs and identifying and monitoring critical performance.
  • Maintains relationships with retirement plan vendor and ensures adherence to required service levels.
  • Oversees policies and procedures associated with employee eligibility and contribution, and problem resolution.
  • Assists the Benefits Manager as needed.
  • Communicates and provides education to employees and executives.
Job Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
Experience
  • 5 years - Experience in Human Resources required; specifically with benefit and retirement plans
  • 2 years - Experience in a leadership/management role required
Skills\Certifications
  • Demonstrated knowledge of pertinent federal and state regulations, filings and compliance requirements that affect employee (benefit, compensation, retirement and wellness) programs.
  • Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Knowledge and understanding of regulations, industry trends, new developments and applicable laws regarding Human Resources and business issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
