Retail Grocery Stock Clerk

Publix at Cove Shopping Center is now open! This beautiful new store is looking for grocery stock clerks and we'd love to meet you! Now is the time to start your Publix journey with a stable new career at the largest employee-owned company in the U.S.!

Here's what you'll do:

• Operate back room equipment, including pallet jack, scissor lift, baler, compactor, and scrub machine (must be at least 18 years old to operate this equipment).
• Ensure that product is within date and rotate and display product according to the appropriate planogram.
• Clean cases and shelves, and mop and sweep the sales floor, stock rooms, and dairy coolers.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
• Fill assigned section as needed.
• Assist with unloading product from trucks and organize stock room.
• Assist with the maintenance of the shelf set.
• Provide premier customer service, including greeting customers and answering their questions.

Requirements:

• Ability to interpret and follow instructions.
• Must be at least 16 years old to work in the Grocery Department.
• Ability to deliver friendly, courteous, prompt customer service.
• Early morning, after school, evening and weekend shifts are available depending on the store's needs.
