We are seeking a dependable Cashier to handle transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for handling cash, credit card, and other payments, as well as providing helpful information about products and services.
Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer complaints in a calm and effective manner
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Count and balance cash drawer periodically
• Provide information about products and services
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar customer service role
• Ability to handle cash and other payment methods
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented approach
