Kindred Fare - A Spirited Cookeryis a full-service restaurant located in the heart of the Finger Lakes with a focus on scratch cookery using seasonal & local ingredients. We have a strong beverage focus with cool climate wine & spirits & are highly engaged in the local industry. On Monday nights our culinary team works together to build a three-course themed prix fixe, something our community looks forward to each week. Server

We are currently looking for experienced servers to work on the floor with us for busy nights at our lively & social restaurant.

What We Can Expect From You

• Effective communication & team work- you need to be able to work with all service staff all while communicating with the kitchen and guests
• Previous serving experience -high-end & high-volume setting preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• To stay current & creative with culinary, beverage & hospitality trends
• Basic wine, beer & cocktail recipe knowledge- advanced & regional knowledge preferred
• To maintain a clean and organized dining room & all FOH stations
• Full-time or part-time availability & willingness to be flexible with our team as needed
• To complete side work & cleaning duties to standard
• Be a professional: remain composed -you are “on stage” at all times that you are in the dining room
