Role Vision:

The General Manager at SEA Crab House Seafood Restaurant plays a pivotal role in leading the overall operations of the store. With a vision of excellence, General Manager oversees all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, quality, and cleanliness, and driving business growth. This role is instrumental in creating a positive work environment, fostering teamwork, and driving the restaurant’s success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated team, fostering a positive work culture, promoting teamwork, and providing coaching and support for professional growth.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards, addressing customer feedback, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation, to achieve profitability targets.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze key performance metrics, sales trends, and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee all day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.


Reporting Structure:

General Manager reports directly to the District Manager and supervises Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and other store personnel.


Performance Metrics:

  • Sales revenue and profitability
