Job Description

Ready to take on some of the most rewarding work in our community? We're looking for professionals with Mental Health and/or Education degrees to join our dedicated and talented team, making an actual difference in local school communities by working directly with students and teachers. Creating spaces where all employees feel safe to be seen, heard, and honored for their complexities, along with a commitment to relationship building, compassion cultivation, and being strengths-based, are all critical drivers of our collaborative work.

We offer a hiring bonus of $500.00 after 30 days of employment!

You'll Love Coming to Work Every Day. You'll be joining a reputable non-profit agency that believes all children deserve a chance for success and happiness in our local schools and is working closely with our local communities to make this a reality.

You'll work with awesome people and enjoy a flexible schedule. Join a seasoned, kind, determined, optimistic, and solutions-oriented team. We work hard, celebrate victories large and small, and foster a work environment that is friendly, fun, and flexible.

You'll be a part of a winning mission. When your mission is promoting lifelong resilience in children and youth and strengthening the caring capacity of the adults who influence their lives, you resonate with local communities and leaders.

You'll thrive here as you tackle new challenges, learn, and grow. We are dedicated to building staff leadership and providing support and training to help our staff become the best leader they can be. This is an environment that prioritizes learning, curiosity, and growth.

You'll be part of an organization committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, access, and justice. We are deeply committed to supporting our team and know that racial justice is inextricably linked to our lives, mission, and values at the agency. We are invested in promoting real, systemic change -- lifting up voices that have been marginalized, deeply listening to the communities we serve, and empowering them to be vital members of the solution.

Our unique organizational culture has been fostered by a long history of building personal relationships. We know we are stronger when the organization reflects our community's vision.
