Pay Range: $58K-$68K based on experience

Requirements


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 5 years’ experience in a residential or other habitative settings
  • 1 year working in a managerial capacity, with individuals with developmental disabilities or related experience

Residential Regional Coordinator is someone that is flexible and able to manage the overall functioning of the multiple sites they may serve.

What does an Residential Regional Coordinator do?
Works As Part Of a Management Team To
  • Interact with individuals, families, community partners, employers, government officials and the public.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise services within community integration teams.
  • Develop and supervise home and housing support options for individuals.
  • Establish and monitor budgets and maintains fiscal accountability for the Region.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record managing in a similar setting and exhibit the ability to interact with our individuals in a positive encouraging way.

This Full-Time, salaried position is typically a M-F schedule however this position also has on-call responsibilities for emergencies and other hours may be needed based on the need of the residential program.
Other Requirements
  • Subject to NYS OPWDD mandated criminal background check, finger printing and a driving record verification
  • A valid NYS license and clean driving record are required as you will be responsible to drive individuals to appointments and activities
  • On-call availability for emergencies
  • Detailed oriented with ability to accurately complete all required daily documentation and reporting
  • Must have daily access to your own vehicle and drive individuals we serve when the program requires it.
  • Clean, appropriate and presentable appearance while on duty
  • Commitment to team, schedule, assigned job duties and performance expectations
