Falcon Construction is seeking a Project Manager in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Come join our growing organization!

Position Summary

The PM is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Set project timeline
• Maintain office equipment and related service including IT in regards to scheduling, contracts,
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Requirements

• Reliable transportation Physical Requirements
• Experience with Microsoft Suite.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend, and move about office. Some physical effort required. Must be able to lift up to 10 lb. Must be able to sit at computer for extended lengths of time. Must be able to meet attendance requirements of small office.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced knowledge of Procore is preferred.
• Create/Manage Files and Records for both company and projects affiliated for company as directed
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
