Job Description

We are a growing GC looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to join our team. We specialize in high-end residential and we are looking for someone with that experience.


Requirements:

  • Previous high-end residential experience
  • Working on projects greater than $1million
  • 10+ years of construction project manager experience


Responsibilities:

  • Prepares project status reports and works to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications
  • Communicate directly with contractors, designers and homeowners concerning project cost, staffing, and scheduling
  • Oversees and directs construction management
