Project Manager - Construction

Location: Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction quality, safety compliance, and adherence to design specifications.
• Provide oversight for project bidding, contractor selection, and contract negotiations to align with project goals and objectives.
• Utilize Procore software to create and maintain comprehensive project schedules, manage budgets, and track progress throughout the entire development process.
• Leverage Bluebeam software for reviewing and analyzing construction drawings, markups, and documentation, promoting precise and accurate project coordination.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports using Procore's reporting functionalities to keep stakeholders informed and updated.
• Proactively identify potential project risks and implement appropriate risk management strategies using Procore's tools.
• Manage all aspects of multifamily residential projects, from inception to completion, with a primary focus on efficient project execution through Procore and Bluebeam.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, promoting effective collaboration and project success.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout all project phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure effective communication and seamless project delivery.
