Location: Charlotte, NC
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction quality, safety compliance, and adherence to design specifications.
- Provide oversight for project bidding, contractor selection, and contract negotiations to align with project goals and objectives.
- Utilize Procore software to create and maintain comprehensive project schedules, manage budgets, and track progress throughout the entire development process.
- Leverage Bluebeam software for reviewing and analyzing construction drawings, markups, and documentation, promoting precise and accurate project coordination.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports using Procore's reporting functionalities to keep stakeholders informed and updated.
- Proactively identify potential project risks and implement appropriate risk management strategies using Procore's tools.
- Manage all aspects of multifamily residential projects, from inception to completion, with a primary focus on efficient project execution through Procore and Bluebeam.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, promoting effective collaboration and project success.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout all project phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure effective communication and seamless project delivery.
Requirements:
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
- A passion for sustainable and innovative design within the real estate industry.
- Extensive experience utilizing Procore and Bluebeam software platforms for project management and coordination.
- Proven track record as a Project Manager in the multifamily residential development sector.
- Problem-solving skills and the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
