Job Description
SPRINGFIELD, MA
We are looking for a responsible and organized individual to join our team as a Residential Assistant Site Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting a site manager in the day-to-day operations of a residential site. You will be required to provide care and support, and attend to the individuals with behavioral and medical needs living at a residential site, respond to emergencies, and ensure that the site is always run in adherence to all organizational policies and procedures. Must have valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.
Hours: 40 Hours Full Time - 35 Hrs Direct Care & 5 Hrs Admin
Duties And Responsibilities
  • Meet with supervisor for individual supervision on a regularly scheduled basis.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including grocery funds and individual spending money.
  • Insure that all documentation is complete on a timely basis, and other duties as required.
  • Provide general supervision & assist as needed with staff schedule & daily upkeep & normal maintenance of household.
  • Insure individuals receive routine and emergency medical attention, maintain accurate medical documentation, and adhere to MCS policy, DDS regulations and MAP policies and procedures.
  • Maintains quality of programming through adherence to agency standards and DDS regulations
  • Assist Site Manager with ISP Development and Implementation.
  • Will be assisting individuals w/daily activities & community events & provide general supervision & care to individuals.
Qualifications
  • Reliable, organized and detail-oriented.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of property and compliance laws.
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a team of employees and vendors.
Required Trainings/Skills: First Aid, CPR, Medication Cert., Safety Care, knowledge of Positive
Behavior System And Supervisory Experience (preferred)
