Job Description
Longmeadow, MA
Responsibilities: Full Time supervisory position working at 24 hr site providing care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Must have valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.
Hours: 40 Hours Full Time - 20 Hrs Direct Care & 20 Hrs Admin
  • Meet with supervisor for individual supervision on a regularly scheduled basis.
  • Insure individuals receive routine and emergency medical attention, and maintain accurate medical documentation with MCS policy and DDS regulations.
  • Provide general supervision & work schedule for staff & daily upkeep & normal maintenance of household.
  • Insure that all documentation is complete on a timely basis, and other duties as required.
  • Maintains quality of programming through adherence to agency standards and DDS regulations
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including grocery funds and individual spending money.
  • Assist Coordinator with ISP Development and Implementation.
Will be assisting individuals w/daily activities & community events & provide general supervision & care to individuals.
Required Trainings/Skills: First Aid, CPR, Med. Cert., Safety Care, knowledge of Positive Behavior Support System and Supervisory Experience
