This is a non-exempt position, making $16 per hour.


KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Complete other tasks as assigned
  • Attend client onsite training to complete study certification
  • Greeting participants, and external clients, maintaining a friendly, but professional rapport with both
  • Clean and disinfect space as directed
  • Follow directions and review completed material for errors and incomplete information
  • Complete the programmed interview on the provided computer, following software proms as directed
  • Administer questionnaires, consents, and other documents as written
  • Light lifting as needed (assist with moving chairs, tables, etc.) based on the client's specifications


During Research:


Upon your arrival:


  • Conduct reminder calls to participants as directed
  • Administer interviews with participants
  • Make sure to pay attention to their respective rooms, disinfecting and cleaning space as directed
  • Meet with the Supervisor to ensure to prepare for shift requirements
  • Communicate with your Manager or Supervisor if you have any questions or issues
  • Introduce yourself to clients and participants as the interviewer
  • Double-check all paperwork, including consent and other study documents to make sure they are filled out properly


Upon Closing:


  • Check all paperwork and organize it into the project folder
  • Scan/Upload the client paperwork to the HUB
  • Ensure rooms are ready for the next day, by completing the CSR checklists, as required
  • Ensure that all printing is ready for the next day
  • Send out a detailed nightly report
  • Close project programs as directed

This role requires in-person work at a Schlesinger Group facility. The health and safety of our team continue to be our number one priority as we have faced the challenges of COVID-19.


Education: College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.


Experience: Experience in market research or clinical research is a plus.


Computer Skills: Strong Microsoft Office/Computer Literate.
