Global marketing research firm with 260+ employees is looking for a talented professional with a passion for marketing research, strategy and insights, to support the growth the Healthcare group. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding custom research services to clients, both domestically and globally. You will work collaboratively with a team of VPs, Managers, Analysts, and Fieldwork providers to identify opportunities, develop research plans, execute research projects, and deliver results in a timely and effective manner. This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States. US headquarters is located in the Philadelphia area. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the executive team to develop innovations and new offerings that position company as a trusted consultant for existing and new clients.
- Develop research plans to address client needs, including research proposal, research design, fieldwork supervision, moderation, analysis, report writing, and presentation delivery.
- Work closely with CEO, and others from the US Executive team, as well as key contacts across the company.
- Actively build strong and lasting relationships with our clients through existing accounts and new account development.
- Support leadership in closing new opportunities, both organic and new, in the healthcare industry as well as other industries, such as B2B.
- Foster talent and expertise within the team, both in the quantitative and qualitative fields.
Requirements:
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or related fields.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- At least 4 years of experience in healthcare market research (supplier side).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
