Job Description
Location: Baltimore Maryland
Terms: Remote Role
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with systems development lifecycle (SDLC) techniques and Agile software development methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience with preparing presentations, reports, tables, graphs, and observations for presentations to technical and non-technical audiences, senior management, and leadership.
  • A strong understanding of business processes, operations, and practices in the health insurance marketplace system changes.
  • Knowledge of various software tools and technologies used in the industry, including data analysis, project management, and database management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in IT project management or a related field, with a track record of successfully managing and supporting software development projects.
  • Hands-on experience with risk management, change management, and stakeholder management processes.
  • Experience with managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines and changing business needs.
  • Knowledge of performance measurement and key performance indicators (KPIs) for project management and PMO effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Atlassian Jira, and office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile project management methodologies and experience supporting Agile project teams.
  • Hands-on experience in creating, modifying, and maintaining various project artifacts for complex health insurance marketplace or healthcare IT systems.
  • Experience in conducting various project meetings and Scrum sessions with business owners, technical experts, and stakeholders to coordinate the progress of complex technology initiatives.
