Remote Opportunity For Occasion Coordinator

This position offers a unique opportunity to learn about the tours, destination and hospitality industry and gain exposure to the planning and execution of large scale events. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, superb social media marketing, great attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and is self-motivated. This is a unique opportunity to work from home! This is a 1099 commission based position.

As a Coordinator you will:

• Assist with developing travel itineraries including group transportation, hotel, and venue arrangements
• Conduct customer outreach through email and social media – solicit interest, customer intake, schedule intro calls for agents
• Keep track and maintain customer records
• No experience required
• Manage calendar and brief travel agent for client calls
• Maintain detailed client notes
