Remote Insurance Sales Agent (Full Training)

We’re seeking a remote sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented remote sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently.

We are looking for both licensed insurance agents and those non-licensed as we have a full training team that will support you with all the help and materials needed to become licensed.

Responsibilities

• Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves
• Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
• Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities
• Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects

Qualifications

• Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
• Commission based
• Proven track record in sales
• Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
• At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred but not mandatory
• Customer service experience is a bonus
• Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required

Compensation

$122,000. at plan

As an insurance producer, you will assist prospective and existing customers to ensure their families are protected when they need it most.

• Paid multiple times weekly for each sale of that week
