Remote Entry Level Manager

Seeking Business Entrepreneurs and Future Leaders to join our team!!

This will be a remote position. We are rapidly expanding our presence in the Carolinas, as well as the New England areas. We are looking for motivated individuals who desire a career path in management. The role will consist of leading a team of 5 or more to help maintain and service our existing accounts while developing a relationship to add new ones. We offer full training and mentorship for you to gain experience in this industry. You will have a mentor who is 100% invested in your growth and success. This is a full-time independent contractor opportunity with high levels of growth and high earning potential!

BENEFIT COORDINATOR/MANAGEMENT TRAINEE ROLE DUTIES

• Resolve client inquiries and complaints.
• Attend client/office meetings to ensure our client’s needs are being met.
• Keep a professional representation of self and company.
• Keep a positive line of communication between our clients and customers.
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs.
• Ability to acquire new and maintain existing business accounts.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE ROLE INVOLVES

• Sales and business development.
• Customer service and building lasting relationships.
• Expanding brand awareness for our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Team-builder with a strong passion for helping people.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to pass background check for state licensing.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.

PROMOTIONS

• Promotions can occur within the first 60 days of hire.
• We look to promote from within.
• Advancement is available for those who are looking to rapidly excel in the program, however, everyone starts off as entry-level.
• Advance stages will be outlined and are dependent on results, there is no seniority, experience, or education.

JOB TYPE

• Job Type: Full-time, independent contractor position.

SALARY

• $65,000-90,000 average/year based on performance.

WORK LOCATION

• Multiple locations - excluding residents of New York, Minnesota and California.

TRAVEL

• Regional, national and international travel opportunities are also offered to those who excel in the management program.
