Job Description
We are searching for friendly and professional individuals to join our team. Our Remote Client Coordinators should be passionate about seeing the world and helping others do the same. In this opportunity, your ultimate goal is to keep clients satisfied and loyal for future bookings through your costumer service.


The ideal applicant will be an excellent communicator with in-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.


Requirements:


  • USA and Mexico residents preferred
  • Costumer service, hospitality, or tourism experience
  • Computer or smart phone required
  • Must be 18+
  • Self motivated and excellent time management skills


Responsibilities:


  • Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs, and payment plans
  • Arrange all details for businesses, sports teams, vacations, weddings, and more special events
  • Provide proper documentation to the clients such as authorization forms, flight tickets, and entertainment tickets
  • Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
  • Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip
  • Book reservations for hotels, flights, rental cars, special event details, and more
  • Stay up to date with tourism trends by attending trainings
