Overview The Remote Client Coordinator for Psychology Practice is responsible for providing administrative support to the practice’s remote clients. This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. The Remote Client Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and providing general administrative support. Detailed Job Description
• Schedule appointments for remote clients and manage client records
• Respond to client inquiries and provide customer service
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Assist with billing and payment processing
• Monitor and update client information in the practice’s database
• Assist with marketing and outreach activities
• Provide support to other staff members as needed
