Client Coordinator- Urology Jobs

InTouch Med Supply, a growing nationwide supplier of urological supplies, and Inc 5000 company is seeking empathetic, energetic people, committed to exceptional patient care with at least 3 years of experience in customer service, patient care, or call center. The client coordinator works with the Director of Client Coordination as well as the rest of the client coordination team to ensure the intake and delivery of our clients supplies in a timely and proactive manner.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identifying needed equipment and supplies in language that clients can understand
• Other duties as assigned.
• Collecting payments from clients upon request and in alignment with stated policies
• Experience with surpassing quotas and goals to ensure timely deliver of products for our patients.
• Proactively calling clients to follow up on orders and reorders
• Instructing clients on safe and proper use, including maintenance of supplies.
• Receiving orders by telephone or fax and preparing all the necessary paperwork to ensure timely delivery and set-up
• Reviewing, preparing, and maintaining all client documentation in accordance with HIPAA

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Literate and comfortable using multiple software programs concurrently and adept at learning new technology quickly.
• Possess excellent telephone skills and an ability to interact with clients.
• Be capable of sound and mature judgment.
• Experience with surpassing quotas and goals.
• Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3 years in a previous similar role of customer service, patient care, or call center
• High School Degree Required; College degree or certification preferred
• Prior experience in processing orders, making outbound calls, or HIPAA compliance strongly preferred.
• Prior knowledge of the medical field, with experience in home health care desirable but not necessary.
