Registrar Corp currently supports the long-term work of team members in the following US states: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia.
What You’ll Do
- Retrieve and compile information as requested from records, emails, and other related documents.
- Perform administrative and data entry job functions, including analyzing and interpreting Microsoft Excel data and database management.
- Utilize interoffice communication software such as Contact Direct, Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures to submit data to the federal government
- Communicate with international Spanish speaking customers over the phone and via email
- Review forms, data, and other information to ensure accuracy and conformance to established procedures and policies.
- Ensuring all information in the prior notice is correct and communicating confirmation to the client quickly
- Strong technical (system) and computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a customer service, administrative assistant, or data entry-driven role
- Ability to diagnose prospect needs and build relationships through a consultative approach.
- Excellent attention to detail within repetitive, yet not identical processes
- Solid organizational skills with the capability to support multiple simultaneous projects.
- Spanish foreign language skills required
- Target Compensation is $18hr
