Responsibilities
The RN Clinical Compliance Specialist is responsible for supporting the Practice Health and Safety Program as a field assessor, onboarding and remediation coordinator, and subject matter expert on clinical compliance and regulatory standards. This position will assess Kelsey-Seybold’s Clinical Practices to ensure compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies and that each Kelsey-Seybold’s facility policies and procedures are being followed. He/she will serve as a primary point of contact for practice staff and may function as a team lead for onboarding of specific market segment(s). This position involves up to 50% travel and requires a self-directed, team-oriented professional.

Special Skills
Required: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and PC and Microsoft Office Proficiency. Outstanding analytical, organizational, problem solving and negotiating skills. Ability to travel up to 50%. Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Objective, collaborative, professional and personable approach. Self-directed and effective while working remotely, requiring minimal direct supervision. Understanding of complex issues facing health care professionals and ability to provide appropriate and situation-specific guidance.
Preferred: Significant experience in a regulatory/compliance role within healthcare operations. History of successful results in managing practice health and safety programs and/or initiatives for a large healthcare organization.
