In addition, we are always trying to build deep and sustained cooperation with our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Implement national action plans for distribution, volume growth and visibility by optimizing the use of marketing resources and materials;
Manage the external field force agency
-set and monitor the objectives to be achieved and evaluate performance of the agency
-organize meetings with the agency and help them to motivate the team behind the objectives
-check the application of marketing guidelines and procedures
-contribute to evaluate and recruit the right profile and implement all the training session (initial and on the job)
-anticipate resources;
Manage your budget like a real Business Unit for the sake of return on investment and profitability;
Establish winning relationships with stakeholders within the Region to ensure your understanding of the sector environment;
Optimize and improve organizational and work-related processes to maximize productivity;
Evaluate the marketing activities to propose corrective actions;
Follow the most important clients (independent, chains) and identify the business opportunities;
Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback;
Minimum 60% of the time on the field;
Job Requirements:
With a higher education;
Solid experience in managing a sales team in the consumer goods sector;
Excellent communication skills, very good analytical skills, ease with numbers, ability to lead and motivate, sense of responsibility, strong investment and geographical mobility are your assets for success;
Knowledge of tobacco or vaping product would be a plus;
English as working language.
