A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REGIONAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

As a Regional Maintenance Technician, you are the face of our company to our clients. Your job is to do maintenance, repairs, and remodeling of retail facilities throughout the region, determine if repairs are necessary, and ensure that the needed work gets done. In your line of work, each day is a new adventure! You spend many of them traveling throughout the territory, using your keen eye for detail and your mad skills as a handyman to pinpoint problems and fix them!

As you visit a facility, your top priority is to provide excellent customer service to our clients. Personable and friendly, you enjoy interacting with them and ensuring that their places of business remain in pristine shape. Qualifications For a Regional Maintenance Technician

• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotation
• 2+ years of proven experience as a painter
• Patching experience is a must
• Basic mechanical aptitude & carpentry
• Ability to work jobs off-hours when needed
• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time
• Proficiency in using smartphones and/or tablets
• Strong handyman skills & ability to perform the physical requirements of the job
• Plumbing and electrical experience is a plus
