Job Description
MAINTENANCE


TECHNICIAN


The Aluminum City Terrace Housing Association, (a 250 unit residential community) located in New Kensington is currently accepting applications for a full time Maintenance Technician. Hours are M-F 8 to 4 pm. Duties include but are not limited to troubleshooting, repair and replacement of furnaces, hot water tanks, tubs, tub surrounds, commodes, sinks, etc. Knowledge of construction, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, cement work, and general building maintenance is required. The safety and comfort of our members is our top priority and the candidate must have highly developed communication skills and work well with others. In addition to the above job requirements there may be other duties assigned by the Property Manager The employee must be willing to be on-call every other week after normal business hours including weekends and holidays. This position reports directly to the Property Manager.
