Job Description
Pocono Ranch Lands is looking for a reliable individual who takes pride in their work to join our team on a full time or part time basis. This individual will be part of the Maintenance department that is responsible to maintain the community common areas, buildings roads, equipment, vehicles and amenities in a safe, clean, sanitary condition. Experience preferred but not required. Full time candidates are eligible for benefits after 90 days.


Responsibilities:


  • Daily roadside and amenity trash pick-up
  • Snow plowing
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and timely manner, adhering to safety standards and effective equipment utilization
  • Communicate daily activities to the department supervisor/manager
  • Basic plumbing and electrical tasks as assigned
  • Routine vehicle maintenance
  • Swimming pool maintenance
  • Landscaping
  • Road maintenance
  • Snow removal
  • Building preventative maintenance


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in community association maintenance preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
