POSITION SUMMARY
This role serves as the regional subject matter expert in creative production, new technology and omnichannel delivery excellence. This role is equal parts new business, production, and operations to deliver production excellence, thought leadership and commercial understanding to new and existing client accounts. Driving consistency for global and regional brands, you will work closely with our operations, commercial and new business teams to drive new ways of delivering our craft to scale service offerings across our centers of excellence production model. You will be the glue that binds our COE’s together helping them navigate solving complex production problems and delivering value for our clients through production effectiveness. An expert communicator, emphatic about your craft and delivering content that moves people, you will be the epi-center of all production at Tag.
JOB DUTIES
- *Execute modifications to organizational design and teams to optimize operational activity and improve client experience
- *Investigate and resolve issues escalated by the client and client services teams and communicate significant issues to senior leadership
- Minimize corporate risk and maximize returns for production teams
- Supporting the Operations teams to stand up new client engagements
- *Implement the appropriate delivery model for all services/products, with a focus on lowering cost and delivering high quality
- *Guiding and nurturing the account, project management and production teams to deliver content at scale and craft facilitating great communication with our clients.
- Working closely with our onshore, nearshore and offshore delivery hubs to ensure service excellence.
- *Partner with functional teams to implement appropriate policies, internal controls, and reporting
- Highlight operational, compliance and financial risk areas
- *Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping client services informed of all critical issues and facilitating open cooperation between operations and client services
- Have a comprehensive understanding of all clients businesses and the impact of our services
- *Implement strategies to improve and standardize all aspects of production operations
- *Ensure operational controls and management information reporting requirements are fulfilled
- *Combine, evolve, and define synergies between our centers of excellence production teams improving client access to our COE’s
- *Being an integral part of the new business process from brief to pitch delivery.
- *Manage the selection, induction, development, retention, motivation and performance of direct reports
- *Champion creativity, production excellence and technical production best practices
- *Manage the P&L and budgets to ensure profitability - escalating threats to targets when necessary
- *Manage staff performance including establishing development goals, setting business objectives, establishing priorities, and providing ongoing performance feedback
- *Estimate, commercialize, and defining new and existing production workflows.
- *Support the creation and presentation of regular business updates to both internal and Client leadership; as required
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Over 10 years' experience in a senior creative production role overseeing large global production teams.
- Minimum 2 years responsibility for profit and loss in a large organization
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
- Minimum of 5 years managing multi-disciplinary production teams or creative operations teams to deliver client solutions.
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise across Print, Digital, Moving Image, and Social content production from craft to scale
- Minimum 8 years’ experience as an Executive Producer, Head of production or equivalent
- Demonstrated understanding of new production technology such as Generative Ai, DCO, or Content at Scale
- Proven experience in the development, implementation, and management of complex multi-service solutions for clients
- Excellent client service skills with a service-minded approach towards the client. Must be sensitive to client needs, remaining calm and confident, even in stressful situations
- At least two years' business development experience with a focus on pitch presentations.
- Established accomplishments in successfully growing volume, profitability, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction
- A strong understanding of high-end broadcast workflows from concept to delivery including trafficking, clearance, rights management, and live action production.
- Demonstrated record in developing strategic production solutions
- Minimum 3 years managing key Account teams globally/locally
Per New York state requirements, this posting reflects the salary range for this position for a Colorado based individual: $160k - $200k maximum per annum. Compensation varies depending on job-related factors such as experience, responsibilities, and business needs. For all other states, please inquire with the Tag Talent Acquisition Team.
