Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
A Sales Management professional whose primary function is to develop a sales team for the Atlanta and Georgia markets for PruittHealth Assisted and Senior Living communities.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
DIRECT REPORT TO: Senior Vice President of Program Development
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assists with hiring Community Relationship Representatives within specified agencies as needed.
  • Provide monthly reports comparing data collected to national standards.
  • Proven record of Sales Leadership in the health care industry. Proven ability to supervise others and manage multiple people and locations.
  • Provide ongoing education and training to the sales team concerning new clinical and quality initiatives that improve the care of our patients.
  • Provide recommendations to Executive Leadership regarding data analysis.
  • Assist Executive Leadership with meeting census requirements in certain regions throughout state.
  • Provide initial orientation and admissions training for newly hired Sales Partners.
  • Provide monthly reports to Sr Vice President of Program Development to include but not be limited to Referrals, Admissions, Conversion Rates, Disposition Days, NTUC information, Deaths, Discharges, and Revocations data.
  • Demonstrated capacity to coach and develop a sales team in growing their markets through organization and strategy skills while calling on physicians, hospitals/facilities and community organizations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts in the community.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
  • Management experience in Healthcare arena preferably Assited or Senior Living, or Skilled Nursing industry.
  • Strong Management Skills in Healthcare Sales required
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a sales team to meet required census goals.
General understanding of business mix, overcoming obstacles/objections and developing accounts.
Experience coaching a team utilizing a sequential sales model preferred.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree required
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
5 years’ experience in Healthcare, or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities in Assisted Living or Long-term care.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (Preferred qualifications)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other various office equipment
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:
Travel Required: 75% - Limited to local travel, minimal overnight required.
