Job Description

Cordia Resources client a rapidly growing property management organization is seeking a Recruiting Manager to join their team! The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition team and overseeing total TA strategy across the organization. This position will be based out of Fairfax, VA and will require candidates comfortable working in office.


Ideal candidates will have at least 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience preferably within property management or similar industry (hospitality, retail, construction, etc..)


Additional experience with ICIMS and UKG a plus!


Schedule: 4-5 days in office

Salary: 75-90k (depending on experience)


Responsibilities

  • Promote company reputation as an employer of choice
  • Meet with hiring managers to determine needs
  • Ensure regulatory aspects of full cycle recruitment process are compliant with all relevant legislation
  • Maintain recruiting statistics
  • Recruit qualified candidates through community services, employment agencies, educational facilities, online sites, and other partnerships
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers
  • Make offers
  • With the assistance of the HR Assistant, manage paperwork process including, but not limited to application, AVA, offer letter, and background checks.
  • Manage applicant tracking system
  • Develop and oversee company-wide mentoring and intern programs
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions and job requirements
  • In partnership with HR Director, conduct annual employee satisfaction survey, analyze data, and recommend appropriate action plan to senior management
  • Schedule drug testing and new hire onboarding
  • Verify references
  • Act as main point of contact for candidates throughout the screening process
  • Monitor industry trends related to employees
  • Train and coach hiring managers on effective interview techniques and applicable legislation
  • Send rejection correspondence
  • In partnership with hiring manager, screen candidates
  • Develop and maintain exit interview process
  • Coordinate job fairs


Qualifications

  • Experience in property management or similar field preferred
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Proven organization and process management
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a high paced, high volume, team environment
