About the client: We are a staffing company that strives to uphold a sense of integrity, transparency, and consistency while providing optimum clinical staff and talent to healthcare facilities throughout the nation.


About the position: As the Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the hiring process within our company. You will supervise a small recruiting team of 2. You will design and implement recruiting procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws. Your goal will be to attract and hire qualified candidates to meet the company’s current and future needs, and building a department from scratch.


Main Work Responsibilities: (Additional day-to-day responsibilities will be discussed during the interview process.)


  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (time-to-hire and cost-per-hour)
  • Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR, partners, and clients
  • Research and choose job advertising options
  • Implement new sourcing methods
  • Advise management on interviewing techniques
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
  • Recommend ways to improve our employer's brand
  • Support your recruitment team and participate in job fairs and career events


Requirements


The qualifications we need:


  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • 3 years of experience working in the Healthcare Industry
  • 3 years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
  • Knowledge of labor legislation
  • 3 years of supervisory experience and managing a small team
  • Knowledgeable with social media and other professional networks
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Organizational Psychology, or Healthcare
  • Experienced working with startups and small businesses
  • 3 years of direct recruitment experience OR
  • Experience with phone, in-person, and virtual interviews, candidate screening and evaluation

  • 1099 Contract- Position is expected to be W2 employment after 6 month review

  • 10 am - 2 pm (Preferably), Monday - Friday


Salary:


  • $25.00 per hour
  • Pay: Bi-Weekly
