Position Overview:

As a Recruitment Analyst you will play a crucial role in helping us identify and attract top talent. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, communicating assigned lists to leaders, and developing recruitment strategies to ensure we attract and hire the best talent. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.


Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential candidates and trends in the labor market

- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

- Utilize various sourcing techniques such as social media, job boards, referrals, and feed lists

- Conduct initial screenings and distribution of interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization

- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for strategic decision-making

- Collaborate with hiring managers and the recruiting team to develop job descriptions, interview questions, and hiring criteria

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates and recruitment activities

- Stay current with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and relevant legislation


Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, or a similar role

- Proficient in using recruitment software, excel reports, sourcing software, etc.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
