Growing company is seeking to double its internal staff due to growth in the Mineral Wells WV/Marietta OH market. We are seeking a skilled and goal-oriented position which takes ownership of their home Branch’s goals and growth, at the direction of the Staffing Supervisor. In this position, you are responsible for contributing to the success, performance, and strategies of the business.

Responsibilities

·Perform the administrative functions necessary to ensure an adequate supply of applicants, employees, and candidates to meet the needs of client companies; harvest orders and ensure orders are filled timely.

·Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

·Communicates and complies with all company policies, procedures, and programs.

·Responsible for the after-hours telephone, addressing callers and sharing information with the appropriate staff, client, or employees.

·Meets with customers, managers, and staff to solve problems, ascertain specific needs, and determine essential job function requirements.

Qualifications

·2-5+ years of relevant experience

·Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

·Familiar with sales and management best practices

·Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
