Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will play a key part in AIM's talent acquisition process of Operational roles. You will lead our full cycle recruitment process while ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices. You will partner with various internal clients including hiring managers to provide tailored recruitment to attract top talent for a variety of positions across our growing organization.

What your responsible for:

• Providing full cycle recruitment efforts across our American Locations.
• Identifying opportunities to connect with emerging employment markets while championing our company brand to attract qualified candidates.
• Developing, educating, and coaching leaders on best recruitment practices, including interview techniques, appropriate documentation and other assessment tools as required.
• Participating in HR project-based initiatives to further promote our employer brand and position AIM as an employer as choice.
• Leading, facilitating, and completing all recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing candidates, pre-screening interviewing, testing, referencing and negotiating job offers.
• Primary focus will be on operational and hourly roles, while also supporting corporate professional positions.
• Exposure to high volume recruitment would be considered an asset due to the organizations future growth projections.

Qualifications

To Join our team:

• You have 2+ years of operational recruitment experience.
• You have excellent communication skills; ability to clearly convey messages and openness to exploring different points of views.
• You have experience in direct approach recruitment.
• You have a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
• You have good business acumen; you are quick to understand company needs and provide proper solutions.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish considered an asset
• Ability to travel internationally within North America when required.
• Exposure in recruiting for such roles as millwrights, drivers, electricians, laborer's etc
