What you'll do:

We are looking to hire another recruiter for each of our three verticals (IT, Engineering, and Finance). Our recruiters advise talented professionals on some of the best opportunities in the local job market and act as an advisor as they evaluate career changes. We also work alongside some of the best companies in south central PA and advise hiring managers on available talent, and market trends to ensure they are attracting the talent they need. We are advisers helping two parties come together. As we've historically, and even more so now, recruited for permanent positions, we are typically working with professionals who are mapping out their next career move.


You don't need recruitingindustry experience or experience in our verticals- we will show you the ropes, help you build your skill set in digestible pieces, and be with you every step of your career. You will be surrounded by peers who have been in the recruiting industry at JFC Global longer than the industry average, have a manager to advise on best practices, and be paired with a mentor for your first year for the day to day questions you might have, all while being backed by recruiting, HR, and accounting executives who have been in the industry most of their careers. Candidates that typically see success with us often (but not always) stem from account management, sales, retail, customer service, restaurant,collegiate jobs, high outbound call volume jobs, but many others outside of those areas have joined us, too, and have found success.

What youneed is:

  • The ability to take constructive feedback, apply what you've learned, and add to your skill set as time goes on
  • Critical thinking, analytical, smart decision making skills
  • Curiosity and a little bit of competitiveness is a plus!
  • Perseverance- learning from mistakes without dwelling- the ability to keep moving forward if things don't go as planned
  • The ability to switch tasks quickly, and manage multiple projects while staying organized, sense of urgency, ability to prioritize projects
  • Maturity and astrong work ethic toshow up every day ready to give 100%
  • Strong customer service mindset to deliver a positive experience to our clients and candidates
  • A willingness to build relationships by talking to professionals (mostly via phone), and occasionally networking by going to industry/chamber events
  • A college degree is a plus, but not required
  • Recruiting, HR or industry knowledge is a plus, but absolutely not required as this is not an HR job


While this is a remote opportunity, candidates must reside in Pennsylvania and be within about 1 hour driving distance from one of our offices: Camp Hill, York, or Lancaster.
