Position Summary:


The Recruiter, under the guidance of the Director of Human Resources, researches, develops, and implements effective recruitment and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for GrayHawk Health. Works with hiring managers to identify and screen qualified applicants, schedule interviews, extend job offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Director of Human Resources, research, develop, and implement effective recruitment and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Assists with the interview process, attending interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders as requested.
  • Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  • Posts approved job requisitions on appropriate job sites, including job boards, social media sites, college, and technical school boards, etc. Utilizes ATS resumes database, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruitment methods to source and contact potential qualified applications for open positions.
  • Sends the onboarding link to selected applicants in a timely manner, following up with them to assure timely completion of all documents and to build engagement.
  • Conducts professional pre-screens with identified applicants, asking pre-determined pre-screen questions and documenting responses, and reviewing relevant job information to the applicant.
  • Works with partner employment agencies to recruit identified positions.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Utilizing identified criteria provided by hiring managers, review resumes for qualified applicants and schedule identified applicants for a pre-screen phone call.
  • Working with hiring managers ensures job descriptions are up-to-date, and where needed, assists hiring managers in the creation or updating of job descriptions. Create clear and attractive job postings and assist hiring managers with the job requisition process when necessary.
  • Provides reports to the Director of Human Resources regarding recruitment analytics.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and the Director of Human Resource throughout the offer process, assuring a professional and compliant offer is made.
  • Schedule interviews, assuring applicant has correct interview information (i.e., appointment time, virtual, in-person, etc.). Follow up with applicant prior to interview.


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • At least two years employee recruitment and hiring experience preferred, including sourcing candidates through career databases such as LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems and HRIS systems.
